Method 1: Copy the review request link
In order to copy and paste a simple review request link, head over to the dashboard inside Collect Reviews > Request via Link
At the top of the page, you will be asked to select a product. Select one and the review request link will appear automatically below
Copy the link, and paste it where you are exchanging with your customer. (whether a support app, Facebook or WhatsApp) You can paste it literally anywhere!
Method 2: Use your Email Marketing app
If you’re working with an email marketing platform or any other app that allows you to fill customer data automatically, you can use this method.
Customize your link with the following query parameters:
- email: your customer’s email
- name: your customer’s name
- product_id: the Shopify product id
- shop_domain: .myshopify.com domain
Send Review Request link via Klaviyo
Head over to Collect Reviews > Review Request Link and copy the link we have prepopulated with Klaviyo’s merged tags.
Send Review Request link via Omnisend
Head over to Collect Reviews > Review Request Link and copy the link we have prepopulated with Omnisend’s merged tags.
Send Review Request link via a Support Chat App
You can also use review request links to send to customers when you are exchanging with them, whether through support chat applications like Gorgias or Zendesk, or through Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp.
