How To Create A Question

You want to create a question that you think your customers might have about a particular product.

Here’s a step by step guide on how to create a question:

First, let’s find the questions and answers section.

On the left menu, below dashboard click on ‘Questions and answers’.

2. On the product list, click the product you want to create the question for.

4. Click the ‘Create question’ button afterwards.

4. Type your question and your answer on the corresponding sections. And don’t forget to check the “Make Public” box. After all, you’re creating this questions so that your customers can see it.

5. Click on the “CREATE” button.

That’s it! You’ve created and answered a question.

How To Answer A Question

Someone asked a question about one of your products and you want to answer it, but don’t know how. Don’t worry, it’s very easy.

First, let’s find the question and answers section:

On the menu, click on “Questions and Answers”.

You’ll notice that on the right side table, the questions for all products will be displaying. Below you’ll see the ‘Answered’ and ‘Unanswered’ buttons.

Click the ‘Unanswered’ button.

2. The unanswered questions will be displayed. See the question you want to answer and click the ‘Answer’ button.

3. Answer the question in the second text field.

4. Before You click “Answer”, consider checking the box that says “Make public” if you think this question might be relevant to other potential customers.

5. And now simply click “Answer”.

That’s it! You’ve answered the question.

How To Edit Your Answer To A Question

Sometimes the answer to a particular question changes, and often it can be information critical to your business and customers. Here’s a step by step guide on how to edit your answer to a question.

Step 1: Locate the question to update

On the “Questions and Answers” section, locate the question to which you wish to update the answer and click “Edit”.

Step 2: Update your answer

Update the information on the answer section.

Step 3: Validate your changes

Click on the “Answer” button.

That’s it, you’ve updated the information.
